Reiki Level 1 Course
Introduction to Reiki, Chakras and Self-Healing
Saturday 19 August 2023
10am - 6pm
The course is small with a maximum of 6 participants. The best way to learn about Reiki is through experience, so we spend much of the day learning and practicing energy work. This includes the use of pendulums to identify chakras, a powerful clearing meditation and the Reiki Level 1 attunement. We will also learn and practice how to do a Reiki self healing.
In addition, we learn about:

Reiki Level 2 Course
Reiki Treatments, Reiki Symbols and Distance Healing

The course is small with a maximum of 5 participants. We start the day with a clearing mediation and the Reiki 2 attunement. We then cover:
- How to give a full body Reiki treatment to a client

How to prepare yourself and your treatment space to give the most effective Reiki treatment

How to give a client consultation

How to become a paid Reiki practitioner

Three Reiki symbols to enhance the power of your Reiki treatment

The history and many uses of the Reiki symbols

How to give a Distance or Absent Reiki treatment

The ethics of Reiki

How to protect ourselves and clear our energy field after giving a Reiki treatment

The importance of a daily Reiki self-healing discipline as a practitioner

A deeper dive into energy stealing patterns

How to ground the energy field

We practice how to give and receive a 'hands on' Reiki treatment and Reiki distance healing with a client. Finally we cover the Hui Yin, a breathing technique used to empower the flow of Reiki energies, and required to pass attunements at the Reiki Master Teacher level.
The Reiki 2 price includes an individual two hour certification appointment after the course.​

The courses are run at Figtree Holistic Therapies, Figtree Wollongong, located in the Illawarra, south of Sydney. The courses are taught in small groups. An in-depth manual and certificate are provided for each course. Snacks and drinks are available on the day.

A $100 deposit is kindly requested when booking courses. Full payment is required one week prior to the course date. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer. Payment plans are available, please ask if needed. Please contact me to book or for more information.
